Pauline is an experienced massage and holistic therapist offering many services such as hopi ear candles, reflexology, reiki and kinetic chain release. She also has a lot of experience in and offers massage for people living with cancer. Pauline has a very friendly and warming personality and will help you to relax and feel calm.
Shannon has completed her HNC in beauty therapy and currently studying her HND at Edinburgh college. Shannon is trained in all aspects of beauty treatments, massage and has attended a Pierre Rene makeup course. Shannon is friendly, bubbly and has a great passion for what she does.
Emma has studied in India at the Himalaya yoga valley learning not only about the different postures and alignment but also about meditation and yoga philosophy which she's now a firm believer in. Further training includes an intense 50 hour teacher training course in Yin Yoga at Yoga Hero Leeds with Angela Jervis-Read. With a great passion that yoga really is for everyone and a firm belief that we should concentrate on 'yoga practice' and not Instagram 'yoga perfect' Emma encourages anyone that's ever contemplated attending a class to give it a go.

Since qualifying in Sports & Remedial Massage in 2007 in Barcelona Grant has worked with a wide and varied client group including professional tennis players in the prestigious Club Ciudad Diagonal, and is currently treating members of the Woman's British Lacrosse Squad, a selected British Mountain Runner and members of Carnethy Hill Running Club.
Clare has gone through an amazing health journey with autoimmune disease that has shown her how to listen to her body and prioritise self-care. Health Coaching allows Clare to assist others in taking ownership of their health and taking simple steps to feeling energised and able to live life to the max. Clare specialises in banishing brain fog and gut issues which are interlinked with almost every health problem out there.
Justine intensively trained in Qigong and Chen style Tai Chi in 2011 and 2012 at the Long Tou Shan Tai Chi School in Yangshuo, China. She had the opportunity to attend the 2011 Beijing Tai Chi competition in which she gained a Gold medal for the Chen 14 step form. Justine is a Taiji Shibashi Qigong instructor certified by the San Bao Martial Arts School, though she learned the form initially as it was passed down from her grandmother to her father.
