A more traditional dynamic yoga class inspired by all of Emma’s yoga experience including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Functional Anatomy. These classes will involve standing and seated postures that help to build muscle, strengthen and tone your body. This style helps improve flexibility, circulation and increase stamina. It helps build heat, energy and strength from the inside out. Dynamic yoga can have great calming effects on your mind by inviting you to synchronise your movement with your breath, it can also remove tension and obstacles within your body to allow breath and prana/energy to flow. This class is appropriate for all levels of practice- including beginners.
